Jake KnightonCoach Jake has been actively involved in sports conditioning for the last 18 years, beginning his training as a student athlete in football and wrestling and earning All-American titles in both sports. His football career continued at the college level and he then coached at the college level. During his collegiate athletics he realized the importance of strength training for athletic performance and injury prevention. Coach Jake now focuses his efforts on Olympic Weightlifting, not only by participating, but also coaching and promoting the sport in the Grand Junction, CO area. He also coaches student athletes for sports performance, and provides coaching for strength training, weight loss, injury recovery and prevention. |
