I will motivate and inspire each and every individual I work with to live their best life. I have over 10 years of experience teaching both indoor and outdoor fitness classes as well as group and private personal training. Finding proper balance in exercise and nutrition is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. I have many passions; however, running 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and relay races definitely top my list. I work with clients building speed and endurance so that they continue to push themselves to the next level while reaching all of their short and long term goals.
I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and NESTA Certified Sports Nutritionist with a true passion for fitness. I take every opportunity to broaden my knowledge of the fitness industry through seminars, continuing education and conferences. As an exercise specialist, it is my personal mission to help people achieve and maintain a healthier, more active lifestyle through education, motivation, exercise and nutrition.
During my past, very fulfilling, 10 years in the industry I have trained and coached clients of all different fitness levels which has helped me to understand that each one of my clients is an individual with diverse needs. Working with an individual that has never exercised a day in their life to working with someone that is striving to better their marathon time is truly amazing. No matter who I work with I never except an excuse, the only possibility is for my clients to become stronger, healthier, and happier through their journey to a fit life. I truly motivate and support each one of my clients and know the importance of building a strong, solid relationship. Together we always move forward to conquer any hurdle and cross the "finish line". I know the power of being positive; I feel there is no room or time for negative attitudes. I will inspire you to reach your goals and force you to strive for new ones, never just settling for mediocre. With my experience in Personal Training, my wide range of fitness classes that I instruct both indoors and outdoors, as well as my knowledge in nutrition, my clients get results. The fulfillment I get from helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and watching others experience the passion to improve is amazing. There is just something exhilarating about motivating someone to push their body to its physical limit. I am dedicated to providing you with quality instruction and the most current information available in the fields of nutrition and exercise science. I have the experience to design a program to help you reach your goals, both short and long term and the energy and passion to keep you motivated and on track to living a healthy, happy and balanced life.
